M2r pro doesn't work properly.

3 months to get a refund.. Literally ordered and returned November 2020.. last year! I got my refund today March 11th 2021. The new light works fine but I will never order from them again. Not to mention their lights are made in China.. so I'll no longer help them support the CCP indirectly.

Ordered a BALDR MINI from an Olight Affiliate (Sootch00) for their 10% discount offer on 21 Jan 2021 at 9:11PM and and received my BALDR MINI on 25 Jan 2021 at 12:47PM. I even emailed Olight day after ordering at *******@olightstore.com and they emailed me USPS tracking number same day. The light & laser work great and fit perfectly on our Sig SP2022 rail right out of the box. There were some parts included if you had a different rail configuration, but not in my case! Glad I didn't have to modify mounting plate. I accidently dropped our baldr mini about 2 feet while it was mounted and it stayed secure on our Sig's rail! Overall experience with Olight was outstanding. So glad I didn't pay attention to negative reviews. Excellent company and affordable & great products!

I purchased some items during the flash sale. My order was promptly delivered with spot on communication throughout.

Extremely Poor customer service.
They will not respond. Very poor experience.
Do NOT buy from Olight - you will be disappointed like me.

Absolute subpar products for premium money. They indicate limits on items but then allow resellers to purchase in bulk. Within an hour of sales starting the average person can't purchase a lot of items but the following day you can see the exact same products being resold for a premium.
Countless issues with their products and bad reputation with the BBB. They even respond on the BBB website by blaming all issues on the purchaser. They never own up to anything. The last product I got from them was a gift which caused a fire in my vehicle, total loss. Go anywhere but olight to buy a light, you'll be thanking me later

Mediocre and overpriced. Even during flash sale, still not worth the money. Please beware, it's not a USA company, it's 100% Chinese.
